About MyPaintingContractors

Founded in 2011, MyPaintingContractors started with two crews and a simple belief: painting in Florida is a specialty, not a commodity. Humidity, salt air, UV exposure, and hurricane rain destroy paint jobs that would last a decade anywhere else in the country. We built our company to solve for Florida — every product we spec, every prep step we run, every schedule we plan is tuned for South Florida's climate.

Today we operate crews across 56 cities in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, with a book split roughly evenly between residential and commercial work. Our residential clients trust us with their homes; our commercial partners — HOA boards, property managers, retail operators, and industrial facilities — trust us with schedules and budgets that don't allow for surprises.

What has never changed: every project is led by a foreman with 8+ years of on-the-ground experience, every estimate is written and itemized, and every finished job is covered by a written workmanship warranty in addition to the paint manufacturer's product warranty.

We're licensed, bonded, and carry general liability plus workers' compensation on every job — not because it's the minimum, but because it's the right way to run a painting company.
